It begins with a bio-mechanical assessment of your movement patterns and running gait to identify and correct any posture or mobility issues in your current run flow.

In the first six weeks we will coach you in your running technique. You will be shown stage 1 core strengthening and stabilization exercises.

Coaching drills from Gerald’s methodology will reprogram your pattern of motion. In the first six weeks your running efficiency will improve and risk of routine injury will decrease.

The next stage activates the new muscles through advanced strength and stability techniques designed to even out these new adjustments.

I will identify the muscles where you still have weakness and provide targeted strength training.

The final six weeks give you the resiliency to avoid injury, and exert your strongest, fastest and most efficient running.
